SDFileSystem with support for multiple files

Dear All,

I have nearly finished adding support for multiple simultaneous files to the SD module. It's been relatively easy to do in the end, although fiddly, as I've had to ammend most of the commands in one way or another. Is there anyone that would be willing to give it a beta test for me?
