Matt I have a crystal fonts display arriving , can still only get junk from the bolymin from octals lib or the version by morris summin weird going on i don't get.
Is there any chance you could post your working T6963c.bas GLCD.bas and a proven example example for crystal font display you have ??
I would much appreciate it as if I know all the various libs are right and the code works on your screen , I can rule out a lot of variables.

I did try everything previously mentioned so far with no luck, I proved the circuit out with a scope (by disconnecting the screen and toggling the relevant pins) so I know the circuit is 100% , very slight ringing on a square-wave of 1us period but nothing major, certainly nothing that would upset logic levels, rise and fall times also looked fine.
So I am sure it is now either the libraries or the display one doesnt agree with the other.
I am getting output but its garbage so far.

If you can read this you are too close
