Rotary Encoder Help Needed

Hi,
Does anybody have a simple .bas program that runs on a PICx84 to decode a 2-bit Gray Code rotary switch?

I've been trying and I can not seem to get one working properly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What compiler are you using?

Swordfish supports the 18 series not a 16f84
