BootLoader for 18F2525 10Mhz required

Dear David and friends,
I have bought 10Mhz crystals for my PIC18F2525. I planned to run the PIC on PLL making it 40Mhz.
However, to my surprise, there is no bootloader for 18F2525 at this speed! The only available crystal speed option bootloaders are: 4Mhz and 20Mhz. Now, I am stuck. Not able to use the 10Mhz crystal. Can anyone show me how to do it or can David provide me with the 10Mhz bootloader? Help is needed ASAP here.
