compiler issues with warnings?

I get lots of warnings saying : variable "xxx" might not have been initialized when i know that it has been initialized.

has anyone had this before?

i have version 2.2.1.3 and ICC 1.1.5.7

I've gotten that warning plenty of times.

Usually it indicates I'm using a variable somewhere before I've supplied a value for aforementioned variable.

Or, to be more specific, using a variable before it's been initialized.
