Bootloader HEX file request

Dave,

Is there any possibility of a HEX file for the boatloader for a 18F4620 at 8 MHz without PLL and a separate one for the same PIC at 32 MHz with PLL? Would a repository on the Wiki be useful for custom bootloader files to keep them together?
