Autostart by clicking on project file?

Post by TimC » Thu Oct 04, 2007 11:39 pm

Is there a way to associate a project so that by clicking on the xxxxx.sfp file in windows explorer the Swordfish IDE comes up with the xxxxx.bas file on the screen?

Autostart works for the xxxxx.bas file but but the problem is I have more than one basic compiler and xxxx.sfp is unique.

Thanks
Tim

Right click on the .sfp file and select open with > Swordfish
Check box for Always use selected program to open this kind of file.

Associating the project file with the IDE will only open the *.sfp file as text (not the *.bas file associated with it). However, the next update will include this functionality together with drag and dropping *.sfp files into the IDE.
