USB CDC Windows 2000 Pro SP 4

Post by speed64 » Wed Aug 08, 2007 1:48 pm

Hallo,

I have a driver problem with a PIC 18F2550 and Windows 2000 pro SP4.
The interface is detected, but Windows cannot find a suitable driver.
I already executed an update of my software. It does not go. Windows
gives me the following message. "Windows which unable to of LOCATES A
more driver for this DEVICES. To search of another location click
bake, or if you DO NOT want to install A more driver now click
finish." I let look Windows up in the following Ortner.
....\Library\USB.

As I detect the version number.

The driver should be included with your version of Windows. The driver is called Usbser.sys - you may want to search for it to make sure it is installed correctly...
