Is SF SE suppose to work with the ISIS demo?

Post by wannaBinventor » Mon Feb 28, 2011 1:43 am

I tried to get the ISIS demo working per this webpage:

http://www.sfcompiler.co.uk/wiki/pmwiki ... ISISPlugin

The plugin installed just fine. Once I copy and paste over the example code, I hit build, and select PICDEM+2 with PIC18F452. Upon the start of ISIS I get the following:

"This sample file requires one or more VSM modules for which you do not have a Valid Product License Key Installed. You can only simulate this file if you do not change the connectivity of the schematic."

Then when I hit ok the simulation error log pops up and gives me 6 errors:

DSIM Model TC7X.DLL Failed to authorize - Missing or invalid customer key
DSIM Model LCDALPHA.DLL Failed to authorize - Missing or invalid customer key
mixed model PIC18.DLL failed to authorize - Missing or invalid customer key
DSIM Model I2CMEM.DLL failed to authorize - Missing or invalid customer key
Real Time Simulation failed to start
Simulation FAILED due to fatal simulation errors.

I'm using the latest version of SF SE and I downloaded "prodemo.exe" from this site: http://www.labcenter.com/download/prode ... ofessional
I also installed the plugin listed on the wiki page.

Ideas?

SF generates a standard debug file (*.cof), which is used by other program as well (such as MPLAB). As such, there errors you are encountering have nothing to do with SF. I would try contacting Labcentre...
