TAP-28 Applications Board

Post by Jon Chandler » Thu Aug 12, 2010 6:30 am

I developed the TAP-28 applications board as a way to jump-start embedded projects. To keep costs low, it eliminates some of the features on typical development boards. At the same time, it has dedicated connectors to interface to the real world in embedded applications.

The TAP-28 board supports most 28-pin 18F series parts, and features connectors for ICSP, UART, I2C/SPI, 3-pin servos and analog sensors.

These boards are offered under a Creative Commons License and are offered for sale at a small markup over cost.

Information about the board and on-line ordering may be found at http://www.clever4hire.com/throwawaypic/

A lot of articles at Digital-DIY feature the TAP-28. http://digital-diy.com/

Thanks,

Jon
